Our method

Pilates & Barre Training stands for functional, contemporary pilates plus barre training in
50 minutes and 6 stations with different equipment. Our class puts the “fun” into functional training! Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ work with dancers using ballet movement to sculpt your body as you experience a new way of incorporating Pilates principles in functional training.

Pilates & Barre combines a mixture of circuit-between-classical Pilates reformer and barre-style workouts that Creatively flow from the Reformer to the Springboard, Chair, Mat, gliding discs, fitness ball, and free weights and more are used to keep your body guessing and getting stronger with every class.

PC CARDIO 

PC Cardio -Energetic and aerobic cardio Pilates.This high-energy, low-impact class is perfect for the cardio junkie. enjoy our circuite and use the Pilates jump board to facilitate plyometric movement against spring tension (rather than gravity) and experience an aerobic workout that won't stress the joints. Quick transitions incorporate multiple fitness modalities and take your practice to a new level. Sweat and pump up your heart rate in this fun, full-body Pilates party! BONUS: Jumping on the Reformer has been proven to increase bone density.*Recommended for those already familiar with basic Pilates

PC CONTROL - BARRE 

PC control-Barre - be ready to enjoy functional pilates training. Inspired by Joseph Pilates' work with dancers using ballet movements to workout. Our signature Control-Barre sculpts all your body, legs, and glutes as you experience a new way of incorporating Pilates principles while standing up on the Springboard! Then flow to the Reformer, barre equipment, gliding discs, fitness ball, and free weights are used to keep your body guessing and getting stronger with every Class.
 

PC CLASSIC 

PC Classic - Full-body, Reformer-based Pilates. Experience the benefits of classical Pilates with a twist! Our signature, contemporary Reformer class strengthens and lengthens your entire body while taking your balance and coordination to the next level. Creatively flow from the Reformer to the Springboard, Chair, Mat, and more, ensuring you never experience the same class twice. 

PC INTRO 

Enjoy a 50-minute, full-body session with all equipment to try the new way to enjoy pilates training. This session is an excellent introduction to our state-of-the-art equipment, studio, workout, and amazing staff
